Only post in Infractions if...
1. You want to dispute an infraction that you received. Post in the thread with the infraction.
2. You are only allowed to post in an infraction thread if you're a mod or the one being infracted.
3. If the situation concerned others, they may also post in the infraction.
4. No random comments from random users. I see a lot of people just post in random infractions and say things like, "wow that's dumb!" This MUST stop. It's unnecessary and it annoys other users.
